Decided to brew a recipe from the renowned Graham Wheeler book and as such won't list the recipe here.
Writeup
The brewday went well - collected 23L at the correct gravity. As this was brewed over xmas I think I left it too long on the primary (10 days). It's drinkable but tastes lifeless and a bit tired - very little hop aroma, etc.
Timothy Taylor Landlord is a notoriously difficult pint to brew spot on, but I hope my next attempt will be better. One to revisit now I have the fermentation chamber and possibly with a better yeast.
